Innertech Employee Reviews

Great place to work. Fast paced, safe environment that has some of the best workers in the industry. Everyone works as a team but you will find the shifts can be hard on each other.

Meaning first shift will blame 3rd shift and 3rd will blame 2nd shift. Was this review helpful? I liked it untill I liked it until a year and a half later when i was supposed to be hired on at a year but they weren't gonna hire me even though they were hiring all the new people who have only benm working here for about a month.

So many rude people. The money was great but I spent a great deal away from my family. No amount of money could replace the time I lost with this company. I was let go after calling off to spend time with my brother who was active in the military. They lost a good worker. Great Management. The management is really great. Training is very comprehensive and at a good pace to learn the job well. The work has very little stress and the pay is decent. Technology can make reaching an audience easier, and therefore, can create easy accessibility to different online markets," Awad noted.

Awad concluded the pilot program in August and described her experience as "the most meaningful summer of my life. Among other topics and activities, participants learned about Microsoft programs, computer security and privacy, as well as digital lifestyles. They also attended empowerment sessions and joined forces in cooking local dishes based on online recipes.

Awad said she has received plenty of positive feedback from her students, adding that she has clearly noticed the impact of the project on them. They have become more confident and they now think, talk, and carry themselves in a different manner. Ultimately, the long-term impact of this project can only be assessed with time and the continued sustainability of the project," she explained.

However, this is definitely not the last we will see of "Benat Seshat," as Awad plans to offer the program again in Summer The work is very easy but you have to keep up with the others working and be at a part for part pace. This job will give you plenty of hours with a decent pay. They give you plenty of breaks and will take the time to train you properly. A company with great opportunities for success.

It is just unable to execute a solution to it's challenges. Good pay and benefits for "full" time employee's. The work itself was for me enjoyably and just the right amount of challenge. Miss many of my co-workers. They were like family. Heat and mosquitos in warm months. Can get really dirty and smelly.

I enjoyed my time there, unfortunately I was a temp and did not get to keep the job. Innertech was very fast pace, the only thing I didn't like was when the machines were down all day and there wasn't anything to do.

Easy work, lots of down time. If we were busy, you'd work constantly but mostly in the month that I was there I had to sweep or clean to look busy so management didn't get us in trouble. Management doesn't really communicate very well with one another.
